Here at Del Real Stables we focus on providing a safe and fun atmosphere while teaching students how to properly ride and handle horses. We focus on centered riding and balance. We offer Western lessons, and specialize in barrel racing. We work with beginner to advanced riders, both young children through adult. Riding lessons are 1 hour and private!
Riding Attire & Release Form
Long pants and shoes with a 1/2" heel are required, cowboy boots and field boots are okay. Riding helmets must be worn at all times while on horseback (unless initialed in release form). We offer helmets to use free of charge.
A signed copy of our release form is required before we can start the lesson.

KATIE ALBERT
Katie has over 22 years of experience riding, showing, starting, and training performance quarter horses. She has a multi-discipline background and has ridden and trained with some of the most respected professionals in the horse industry today. Katie has a polite disposition while maintaining sternness toward the proper etiquette, safety, and training of all types of horses and riders. She develops custom training programs promoting riders of any ability level to achieve their desired results. Katie is an accomplished trainer with the ability to work with all ages of people and horses. She is dedicated to making your goals a reality and her priority.

4 Hour Cancellation Policy
Please remember your lesson is an appointment. Students need to arrive at least 10 minutes early to their lesson. Late arrivals will not be able to make up missed riding or instruction time and the remaining time will be used in the lesson. A 4-hour cancellation notice is required. Students who do not give a 4-hour notice or do not show will be billed for that lesson time and may lose a standing lesson time slot.
Horse Training
30/60/90 day training programs available. We specialize in colt breaking, tuneups and barrel racing. We will come up with a specialized program to fit you and your horses individual goals. Price includes hay and grain.
